Sadly, the program for nanny's and caregivers has been a hot mess. When a family require the help, it is often because they are in a situation of dire need. Now. Not in several months or years. Children get older, parents pass away.

When choosing someone to take care of a child or an elderly parent, much attention needs to be taken in the character, personality of the person, not only the legal requirements. So it is with a certain amount of sympathy that once can read this story of a Mountie, Canada's most beloved of authority was found guilty of this offence.
